A Bold New Look in 2020

Parks Manufacturing leverages 27 years of fiberglass expertise for its Silver Wave Pontoon Brand

September 3, 2019, SEMINOLE, OK – Model year 2020 is bringing about some big changes for the Silver Wave Pontoon brand.

After a hard look at its place in the market, Silver Wave ownership has changed its course to get out of the rectangular rut in this sea of sameness.

Steven Parks, President of Silver Wave Pontoons, has taken note of the seemingly insatiable desire for the pontoon product and is ready to take a big leap of faith.  As a second-generation fiberglass boat builder, Parks, whose parents founded famed bay boat brand Blue Wave Boats jokes that “methacrylate runs through his veins.”  Parks has long wondered why there is not more fiberglass in the pontoon market.  With an almost endless color palette and the ability to stylize fiberglass it seems a natural progression, especially so when considering the brand shares an 165,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility, staffed with a talented pool of employees with sister company Blue Wave Boats.

Initial offerings will include two sleek new fiberglass series, the SW5 and SW7.  The Island Series, the brand’s traditional aluminum product, will only be available in the top 6 sizes and floorplans previously offered.

SW5 and SW7 will both come standard with many class-leading features enveloped in a stylish and modern fiberglass fencing.  SW5 is a robust product with upscale appointments standard, at a considerable value when compared to what’s currently available on the market.

SW7 is a luxury series offering several popular layouts.  Each model is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time on the water.  SW7 elevates standard features by including a 12” Medallion GPS, a rocking Wet Sounds stereo system, electronic charging stations, an exclusive Macris LED light package and it is topped with a quick release arch.
